Author of CAN U SAVE THE DAY Shannon Stocker’s LISTEN: HOW ONE DEAF GIRL CHANGED PERCUSSION, a biography about the formidable, talented, and deaf musician Evelyn Glennie, the first full-time solo percussionist in the world, illustrated by Devon Holzwarth in her US debut, to Jessica Garrison at Dial, in a nice deal, for publication in spring 2022, by Allison Remcheck at Stimola Literary Studio for the author, and by Nicole Tugeau at Tugeau 2 for the illustrator (world).

SHANNON SIGNS WITH ALLISON REMCHECK OF STIMOLA LITERARY STUDIO!
After flying solo for nearly two years, Shannon is thrilled to have found her agent match with Allison Remcheck of Stimola Literary Studio. She signed with Allison on March 28, 2019, and looks forward to this new chapter of her story.
Shannon will begin doing school visits in the fall. The visits will be appropriate for all levels of elementary school, incorporating original music, written specifically for her debut (CAN U SAVE THE DAY), and slides/discussion about the importance of revision, determination, and how to handle (and give) constructive criticism.
